Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textDLL4 acting via NOTCH1 enhances expression of HES1 in human umbilical vessel endothelial cells (Harrington et al. 2008). DLL4 from endothelial tip cells binds NOTCH1 on endothelial stalk cells and causes NOTCH1 to be cleaved, yielding the NOTCH1 intracellular domain (NICD1) that binds RBPJ at the HES1 promoter (inferred from mouse Nicd1 and human RBPJ in Jarriault et al. 1995) and enhances expression in endothelial stalk cells (inferred from mouse cells in Moya et al. 2012).
