Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textPharmacological activation of Notch by a recombinant ligand (Jag1) induces the phosphorylation of STAT3-Ser727. This reaction happens in the absence of detectable STAT3-Tyr705 phosphorylation (Baseline or Dll4-activated) (Androutsellis-Theotokis et al. 2006). The reaction depends on gamma secretase and mTOR activities (Androutsellis-Theotokis et al. 2006). Model cell system used was E13.5 cortical embryonic mouse CNS stem cells and recombinant Notch ligands mouse Dll4 (1389-D4) from R&D and mouse Jag1 (599-JG) from R&D (Androutsellis-Theotokis et al. 2006).
