The complex core heterotetramer consists of the ORF18:ORF34 complex and ORF31 and ORF66 (Brulois et al., 2015; Didychuk et al., 2020; Watanabe et al., 2020). Additionally, ORF24 binds to ORF34 (Davis et al., 2015; Nishimura et al., 2017) and ORF30 to ORF18 (Castaņeda & Glaunsinger, 2018; Maeda et al., 2022).
