Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textDual oxidase 2 (DUOX2) is expressed mainly in the gallbladder, thyroid gland, and urinary bladder (Uhlén et al., 2015). DUOX2 transcript is 2 to 5 times more abundant than DUOX1 (Pachucki et al., 2004). DUOX2 expression is enhanced by PAX8, NKX2-1 (TTF-1), NKX2-5, and WW domain-containing transcription regulator protein 1 (WWTR1, TAZ) in HeLa and HEK293T cells (D'Andrea et al., 2006; Cardoso-Weide et al., 2015).
