Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textDENV genomic RNA (from DENV-2 and DENV-3 strains) and subgenomic RNA can be transferred by extracellular vesicles (EVs) from cell to cell, including transfer from mosquito cells to human cells and from hamster kidney cells (BHK) to human cells (Vora et al., 2018; Ishikawa et al., 2024; reviewed in Athira et al., 2024). EVs from human Huh7 cells infected with DENV strains (such as DENV-2 PL046; all four DENV serotypes can produce relevant vesicles) also contain viral proteins E, NS1, prM/M, as well as host lipid droplets and Microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 beta (MAP1LC3B, LC3-II), an autophagy marker (Wu et al., 2016).
