Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | Stat1 and Nfatc1 bind the conserved noncoding sequence 12 (CNS-12) of the mouse Tbx21 (T-bet) gene (Zhong et al. 2025). Tbx21 expression is initiated by Ifng signaling via Stat1 (Lighvani et al. 2001, Afkarian et al. 2002) and by TCR signaling via Stim1, calcium signaling, and Nfatc1 (Zhong et al. 2025). Tbx21 then activates expression of the Il21 receptor subunit Il21rb2, allowing maintenance of Tbx21 expression by Il21 acting via Stat4 (Schulz et al. 2009). |
