Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

literatureReference[LiteratureReference:9942713] The transcription factor T-bet is induced by multiple pathways and prevents an endogenous Th2 cell program during Th1 cell responses
[LiteratureReference:9945162] T-bet is required for optimal proinflammatory CD4+ T-cell trafficking

textTBX21 binds near the transcribed region of the Protein-tyrosine sulfotransferase 2 (TPST2) gene in T helper 1 cells (Th1 cells) of both human and mouse (Table S2 of Henderson et al. 2021, inferred from mouse cells in supplement-02 of Zhu et al. 2012), however, binding was not detected in chromatin immunopreciptation reactions of DNA spanning 1 kilobase around the transcription start site of Tpst2 in mouse Th1 cells (Lord et al. 2005).
(summation)[Reaction:9942936] TBX21 binds the Protein-tyrosine sulfotransferase 2 (TPST2) gene [Homo sapiens]
