Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textXRN2 exonucleolytically cleaves 5' monophosphorylated RNAs (inferred from the yeast homolog Rat1 in Stevens and Poole 1995, reviewed in Aygun and Miki 2021) such as decapped RNAs (Brannan et al. 2012) and the 3' RNA products of cleavage during transcription termination by autocatalytic self-cleavage (West et al. 2004) and by the cleavage and polyadenylation (CPA) complex (Kaneko et al. 2007) and by the rixosome (Zhou et al. 2022). XRN2 also degrades intergenic transcripts that remain bound to chromatin (Agostini et al 2021).
