Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textMITF-M binds at the EDIL3 gene to repress its expression as assessed by CRISPR- and si/shRNA-mediated MITF-M knockdown, ChIP-seq and CUT-and-RUN DNA binding analysis (Dilshat et al, 2021; Laurette et al, 2015, Webster et al, 2014). EDIL3 (EGF-like repeat and discoidin 1-like domain containing protein 3, also known as DEL1) encodes a secreted protein that binds integrins by virtue of its EGF repeats and with phosphatidylserine and glycosaminoglycans through its discoidin I-like domain (Hidai et al, 1998; Schurpf et al, 2012; Hidai et al, 2007; reviewed in Li et al, 2021). EDIL3 plays roles in inflammation, cell adhesion and invasion (reviewed in Li et al, 2021; Jiang et al, 2024).
