Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textRice grassy tiller1 (OsGT1)/OsHox12 suppress tillering and works in dowstream of strigolactones (SL) signaling . SL hormones inhibit shoot branching and the outgrowth of axillary buds in rice (Jiang et al., 2013; Zhou et al., 2013). OsGT1 transcription is directly activated by the OsTB1 TF and OsTB1 transcription is positively regulated by IDEAL PLANT ARCHITECTURE 1 (IPA1) (Song et al., 2017, and Ishizaki et al., 2023; PMID: 36737003). Thus, IPA1, OsTB1, and OsGT1 work in downstream of SL signaling. OsGT1 is likely to regulate genes such as 9-CIS-EPOXYCAROTENOID DIOXYGENASE 1 (OsNCED1) that encode abscisic acid (ABA) biosynthesis enzymes, which are involved in axillary bud dormancy and hence suppression of axillary bud outgrowth in rice (Ishizaki et al., 2023; PMID: 36737003). The expression of HOX12 also occurs during rice seed germination and coleoptile elongation that is contolled by various transcription factors including OSH1, OSH15, OSH71, SUB1B, OSNAC1, ZFP36, and OsERF25/29/32/66/67/103 (Naithani et al., 2023).
