Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

literatureReference[LiteratureReference:9924374] Rice domestication-associated transcription factor PROSTRATE GROWTH 1 controls plant and panicle architecture by regulating the expression of LAZY 1 and OsGIGANTEA, respectively
textPROSTRATE GROWTH 1 (PROG1) transcription factor plays a regulatory role in shoot gravitropism. It promotes tiller angle and tiller number in rice. Its action is opposite to LAZY1. LAZY1 represses PROG1 transcription by directly binding to the PROG1 promoter. Also, PROG1 acts as a repressor of the LAZY1 gene. These two genes play antagonistic roles in shaping plant architecture by regulating both tiller angle and tiller number (Wang et al., 2023).
