Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

literatureReference[LiteratureReference:9924462] OsHOX1 and OsHOX28 Redundantly Shape Rice Tiller Angle by Reducing HSFA2D Expression and Auxin Content
textOsHOX1 and OsHOX28 function as transcriptional suppressors upstream of HSFA2D AND LAZY1—likely to form homo- or hetero-dimers and bind to CAAT[G/C]ATTG motif. Transgenic rice plants overexpressing OsHOX1 and OsHOX28 show increased horizontal tiller angles. OsHOX1 and OsHOX28 act redundantly in rice tiller angle establishment; they both promote horizontal growth of the tillers and work in opposite directions of LAZY1. OsHOX1 and OsHOX28 affect the local auxin distribution within the shoot base and work in the HSFA2D-LAZY1 pathway (Yong et al., 2020).
