Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textPROSTRATE GROWTH 1 (PROG1) encodes a single Cys2-His2 zinc-finger transcription factor. It promotes tiller angle and tiller number in rice. During the domestication of Asian and African rice PROG1 gene was functionally lost and its mutant allele prog1 was selected, thus, the cultivated rice is more compact as compared to its wild ancestor (Dong et al., 2026).PROG1 has been identified as a domestication-related gene with pleiotropic effects on tiller angle, tiller number, grain number, and grain yield (Zhu et at., 2021)
