Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | The DENV immature virion localizes to Golgi lumen via the secretory pathway (reviewed by Apte-Sengupta et al., 2014); this was observed for Dengue-2 virus (New Guinea C, NGC strain) in LLC-MK2 monkey kidney cells (Demsey et al., 1974). Assembly and localization to the Golgi of DENV-2 NGC virions depends on Y-box-binding protein 1 (YBX1) (Diosa-Toro et al., 2022). ER-to-Golgi transport, and thus Golgi localization, of DENV-2 virions is dependent on ER lumen protein-retaining receptor 1 (KDELR1) (Li et al., 2015). |
