Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | NS3 subunit of the DENV replication complex unwinds viral RNA and melts its secondary structures, in the presence of any nucleoside triphosphate and Mn2+ or Mg2+ ions (Swarbrick et al., 2017; Xu et al., 2005; Incicco et al., 2023; Osawa et al., 2023; reviewed in van den Elsen et al., 2021). Interactions of NS3 with NS4B and NS5 within the replication complex enhance and modulate its helicase activity, and are critical for efficient viral RNA replication (Cui et al., 1998; Tay et al., 2015; Kundharapu & Chowdary, 2022; van den Elsen et al., 2021). |
