Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | Gene expression specific to pancreatic acinar cells is driven by the heterotrimeric PTF1 transcriptional complex, which binds to tandem E and TC box elements found in enhancer/promoter elements of many zymogen genes. The PTF1 complex consists of transcription factors PTF1A (Pancreas transcription factor 1 subunit alpha, also known as p48), a p75 subunit which can be either TCF12 (also known as HEB) or TCF3 (also known as E47), and a p64 subunit, which was shown to be RBPJ in immature, and RBPJL in mature acinar cells. For review, please refer to Cleveland et al. 2012 and Jin and Xiang 2019. |
