Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | The HUSH complex binds ATF7IP:SETDB1 (Timms et al. 2016) and MORC2 (Tchasovnikarova et al. 2017, Liu et al. 2018). Trimethylation of lysine-16 on ATF7IP is required for interaction with MPHOSPH8 of the HUSH complex (inferred from mouse homologs in Liu et al. 2018). SETDB1 trimethylates histone H3 on lysine-9 (Seczynska et al. 2022) and MORC2 acts to compact chromatin (Tchasovnikarova et al. 2017) at loci bound by the HUSH complex. |
