Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

literatureReference[LiteratureReference:3446334] HNF1B controls proximal-intermediate nephron segment identity in vertebrates by regulating Notch signalling components and Irx1/2
textHNF1B binds several conserved sites between the IRX1 and IRX2 genes and activates expression of IRX2 in the intermediate region of the S-shaped body (inferred from mouse homologs in Heliot et al. 2013). Chromatin in the intergenic region appears to form a loop that brings HNF1B to within 587 bp of the IRX2 transcription start site (inferred from mouse homologs in Heliot et al. 2013).
