Highly expressed in the pulvinus and stem nodes and some expression in the plumule of germinating seeds, coleoptile, leaves, internodes, leave sheaths, spikes and roots (PubMed:28708834). This transcription factor is upregulated in response to submergence during seed germination and coleoptile growth. |
