Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

[LiteratureReference:9825620] Eph/Ephrin signaling regulates the mesenchymal-to-epithelial transition of the paraxial mesoderm during somite morphogenesis
[LiteratureReference:9825595] Eph signaling is required for segmentation and differentiation of the somites
textEpha4 is expressed in the rostral halves of somites (Nieto et al. 1992, Nomura-Kitabayashi et al. 2002) where it appears to play a role in the determination of somite boundaries through interaction with an Ephrin on an adjacent cell (inferred from zebrafish embryos in Durbin et al. 1998, Barrios et al. 2003 and from chicken embryos in Glazier et al. 2008). Expression of Epha4 is directly activated by Mesp2, which shows the same expression pattern (Nakajima et al. 2006).
