Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | MLL1 complex-mediated deposition of activating H3K4me3 marks on the chromatin of E2F1 target gene promoters positively regulates their transcription. The MLL1 complex is recruited to E2F1 target gene promoters by HCFC1 (also known as HCF1 or Host cell factor 1). Of the E2F1 target genes activated at the G1/S phase transition, the MLL1 complex was tested and confirmed to positively regulate transcription of CCNA1 (cyclin A), E2F1, and RBL1 (p107) genes (Tyagi et al. 2007; Tyagi and Herr 2009), and reported but data not shown for CDC25A gene (Tyagi et al. 2007), so CDC25A gene is annotated as a candidate. The HCFC1-recruited MLL1 complex has been reported to also stimulate transcription of E2F1-regulated pro-apoptotic genes during oncogene-induced, E2F1-mediated apoptosis (Tyagi et al. 2009). |
