Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | Delta-like 1 (Dll1) is expressed in paraxial (presomitic) mesoderm and then becomes confined to caudal halves of somites during somitogenesis (Bettenhausen et al. 1995, Teppner et al. 2007). Expression of Dll1 is activated by Wnt signaling in paraxial mesoderm (Dunty et al. 2008) via Lef1, which binds multiple sites in the DLL1 promoter and recruits beta-catenin (Ctnnb1) (Galceran et al. 2004, Hofmann et al. 2004). Tbx6 also directly activates Dll1 expression in paraxial mesoderm (Hofmann et al. 2004, White and Chapman 2005, Beckers et al. 2000). Expression of Dll1 on the cell surface of paraxial mesoderm cells is oscillatory (Bone et al. 2014, Takagi et al. 2020). Presenilin 1 (Psen1) is required for expression of Dll1 and Notch1 in the paraxial mesoderm (Wong et al. 1997). |
