Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textTbx6 is expressed in the primitive streak and then expression continues in the paraxial mesoderm (Chapman et al. 1996). Notch signaling acting through Rbpj activates expression of Tbx6 in paraxial mesoderm (White et al. 2005). Wnt signaling (Dunty et al. 2008, Nowotschin et al. 2012) and Fgf signaling (Ciruna and Rossant 2001) also directly or indirectly activate expression of Tbx6 in paraxial mesoderm. Tbxt is not required for initial activation of Tbx6 expression, but Tbxt is required for maintenance of Tbx6 expression (Chapman et al. 1996). Mesogenin1 (Msgn1), which is itself activated by Tbx6, activates Tbx6 in a reinforcing loop (Chalamalasetty et al. 2014).
