Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textp14ARF binds to NFE2L2 and inhibits its CREBBP/EP300-dependent acetylation (Chen et al, 2017). Acetylation has been shown to contribute to DNA-binding and therefore transcription factor activity at some NFE2L2 target genes (Sun et al, 2009). Consistent with this, binding of p14ARF to NFE2L2 inhibits the expression of SLC7A11, an NFE2L2 target with roles in suppressing ferroptosis (Chen et al, 2017; Ishii et al, 2000; reviewed in Baird and Yamamoto, 2020; Kuang et al, 2020; Kajarabille and Latunda-Dada, 2019).
