Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textPellino proteins have been implicated as mediators in mammalian IL-1R/TLR signaling. As E3 ligases they are responsible for K63-linked polyubiquitination of IRAK1 followed by recruitment of the NEMO subunit of the IKK complex.

Inspection of the chicken genome identified homologs of Pellino 1 and Pellino 2, but no orthologs for mammalian IRAK1 and NEMO, Although here we assume that chicken IRAK2 may act as mammalian IRAK2 and IRAK1 and possibly interacts with Pellino proteins, the other mechanism of chicken MyD88-dependent signaling (like lacking of IRAK1-mediated route) should be considered.
