Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | Eomesodermin (Eomes) is expressed in cells of the proximal posterior epiblast prior to formation of the primitive streak and gastrulation (Ciruna and Rossant 1999, Arnold et al. 2008, Simon et al. 2017). During the first day of gastrulation, Eomes is expressed in the posterior epiblast, in the primitive streak, and in all cells leaving the primitive streak, both mesoderm and endoderm (Probst et al. 2021). Though Eomes is required for exit from pluripotency and formation of mesoderm and endoderm (Russ et al. 2000, Tosic et al. 2019), Eomes-expressing cells are present in anterior mesoderm derivatives and are excluded from posterior mesoderm derivatives (Ciruna and Rossant 1999, Costello et al. 2011). |
