Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | Both Hey1 and Hey2 repress transcriptional activation by Gata4 and Gata6 (Fischer et al. 2005). The repression appears to be due to the direct binding of Hey1 and Hey2 to Gata4 and Gata6 (Fischer et al. 2005). Though Hey1 and Hey2 act at least partially redundantly and are both expressed in endocardial cells, Hey1 is expressed in atrial cardiomyocytes while Hey2 is expressed in ventricular cardiomyocytes. Expression of Hey2 is increased by Notch signaling (Miao et al. 2018). Tbx20 and Gata proteins enhance expression of Hey2 in ventricular myocardium (Ihara et al. 2020). |
