Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | SHC1 is recruited to the full-length ALK receptor after activation (Motegi et al, 2004; Degoutin et al, 2007; Kuo et al, 2007). The p46 and p52 isoforms of SHC1 bind to ALK phospho-tyrosine 1507 in a manner that depends on ALK kinase activity (Degoutin et al, 2007). SHC recruitment contributes to activation of MAP kinase signaling and cellular proliferation downstream of ALK signaling, as well as neurite outgrowth and differentiation in PC-12 cells (Souttou et al, 2001; Motegi et al, 2004; Moog-Lutz et al, 2005; Gouzi et al, 2005; Degoutin et al, 2007; reveiwed in Turner and Alexander, 2006; Chiarle et al, 2009). |
