Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | PRMT6 preferentially methylates monomethylated arginine R2 (R2me1) of histone H3, creating the asymmetric H3R2me2 mark (Hyllus et al. 2007). One of the target genes of PRMT6A is the HOXA2 gene. Transcription of HOXA10 gene is also affected by PRMT6, but as direct binding of PRMT6 to HOXA10 gene locus has not been tested, HOXA10 gene is annotated as a candidate PRMT6 target. PRMT6 has no effect on transcription of HOXA5 and HOXA6 (Hyllus et al. 2007). |
