Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textIn response to BCR activation, Cd19 in a stable complex with Vav1 (Fujimoto et al. 1999) is phosphorylated by Src kinases (Buhl and Cambier 1999, Xu et al. 2002, Ishiura et al. 2010), one of which may be Lyn (Fujimoto et al. 2000). Cd19 is required for activation of Btk, indicating that phosphoinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate (PIP3) generated by phosphoinositide 3-kinase (Pi3k) bound to phosphorylated Cd19 recruits Btk to the plasma membrane (Buhl and Cambier 1999).
(summation)[BlackBoxEvent:9607042] Cd19 is phosphorylated [Mus musculus]
