Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | Rab13:GTP binds Micall2 (also known as JRAB) (Sun et al. 2016), The interaction with Rab13:GTP causes Micall2 to bind Actn4 (alpha-actinin-4) which interacts with filamentous actin (F-actin) near the periphery of the cell (Talior-Volodarky et al. 2008, Sun et al. 2016). In muscle cells, the Rab13:GTP:Micall2:Actn4:F-actin complex participates in retention of Glut4 vesicles at the plasma membrane in response to insulin (Talior-Volodarsky et al. 2008, Sun et al. 2016). This is presumed to occur at a late stage in the process, possibly immediately prior to fusion of the Glut4 vesicle with the plasma membrane. |
