Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | MLLT6 (AF17) competes with MMLT3 (AF9) to bind DOT1L and decreases DOT1L nuclear expression by possibly facilitating its nuclear export (Reisenauer MR et al. 2009). Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and Re-ChIP revealed that MLLT6 (AF17) overexpression significantly impaired the DOT1L:MLLT3 interaction and H3 K79 methylation at SCNN1A (ENaC alpha) promoter region and upregulates basal, but not aldosterone-stimulated SCNN1A transcription in human embryonic kidney 293T cells and in mouse cortical CD M1 cells (Reisenauer MR et al. 2009; Wu H et al. 2011). |
