Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | OsPHO2, an ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme, plays key role in ubiquitin-mediated protein degradation pathway. OsPHO2 functions as a negative regulator that can repress its target gene expression by protein degradation. It regulates Pi translocation and remobilization by regulating the expression of Pht1 transporters. OsPHO2 is an important component of phosphate signaling pathway and negatively regulated by OsmiR399. Mutation of OsPHO2 causes over-accumulation of Pi in blades and disrupts Pi remobilization between tissues and organs under Pi-sufficient conditions. OsPHO2 regulates the activity of acid phosphatases and ribonucleases through activating the expression of related genes in rice roots. |
