Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textAfter Stat5 binds the Epo:Epor complex, phosphorylated Jak2 and Lyn phosphorylate Stat5 (Stat5a or Stat5b) (Damen et al. 1995, Paillard et al. 1995, Penta and Sawyer 1995, Wakao et al. 1995, Klingmuller et al. 1996, Quelle et al. 1996, Tilbrook et al. 1996, Iwatsuki et al. 1997, Yamamura et al. 1998, Ilaria et al. 1999, Zochodne et al. 2000). Deletion of Stat5a and Stat5b produced somewhat contradictory results: Teglund et al. (1998) found no effect on Epo functions, indicating that activation of Stat5 may be redundant with other signaling pathways, while Socolovsky et al. (2001) found ineffective erythropoiesis.
