Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | Mouse Notch3 intracellular domain, NICD3, induces transcription from the Ptcra gene promoter, encoding pre-TCR-alpha, in a dose-dependent manner. The Ptcra promoter contains several Rbpj-binding sites and NICD3-mediated induction of Ptcra is Rbpj and Maml dependent (Talora et al. 2003, Bellavia et al. 2007). Binding of Ik1, a splicing isoform of Ikaros (Ikzf1) to the Ptcra promoter competes with Rbpj binding and results in repression of Ptcra transcription (Bellavia et al. 2007). |
| (summation) | [BlackBoxEvent:9016859] Ptcra gene expression is positively stimulated by Notch3 and inhibited by Ik1 [Mus musculus] |
