Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textInterleukin-18 (IL18) in its biologically active form (IL18 residues 37-193) and the propeptide fragment of IL18 (residues 1-36) dissociate from the Caspase-1 tetrameric complex (Ghayur et al. 1997, Akita et al. 1997, Gu et al. 1997). This is a black box event because dissociation is implied from the subsequent secretion of IL18.
(summation)[BlackBoxEvent:9012092] IL18 and IL18 propeptide dissociate from Caspase-1 tetramer [Homo sapiens]
