Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) dimerizes after dissociation from Interleukin-24 (IL24) activated receptor complex. This activated receptor complex is formed by IL24 ligand, Interleukin-22 receptor subunit alpha-1 (IL22RA1), phosphorylated Tyrosine-protein kinase JAK1 (JAK1) and Interleukin-20 receptor subunit beta (IL20RB) (Parrish-Novak et al. 2002). This is a black box event because there is not evidence this dimerization occurs after Interleukin-24 stimulus but it happens in several other Interleukin signaling cascades before traslocation to the nucleous. |
