Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | Single-particle imaging of a complex composed of Interleukin-6 receptor subunit beta (IL6ST, gp130), Interleukin-6 (IL6), Interleukin-6 receptor subunit alpha (IL6R) and Tyrosine-protein kinase JAK1 (JAK1) shows that JAK1 is associated with the membrane proximal intracellular regions of IL6ST, abutting the inner face of the cell membrane. JAK1 association with IL6ST is enhanced by the presence of a membrane environment (Lupardus et al. 2012, Lütticken et al. 1994). Stimulation of naive CD4+ T cells with Interleukin-27 induces the activation of JAK1, JAK2 and TYK2 (Narazaki et al. 1994 , Stahl et al. 1994, Lütticken et al. 1994). Interleukin-27 induced JAK1 phosphorylation, whereas Interleukin-12 and Interleukin-23 did not. Interleukin-27, Interleukin-23 and Interleukin-12 heterodimers all induce phosphorylation of JAK2 and TYK2 (Kanda & Watanabe 2008). |
