Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

literatureReference[LiteratureReference:5621195] Dectin-2 is a pattern recognition receptor for fungi that couples with the Fc receptor gamma chain to induce innate immune responses
[LiteratureReference:5621270] Mincle is an ITAM-coupled activating receptor that senses damaged cells
[LiteratureReference:5621181] Fyn and Lyn phosphorylate the Fc receptor gamma chain downstream of glycoprotein VI in murine platelets, and Lyn regulates a novel feedback pathway
textLigation of CLEC6A (C-type lectin domain family 6 member A/Dectin-2) and CLEC4E (Mincle) with their appropriate ligands trigger the tyrosine phosphorylation of the immune receptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM) in the cytoplasmic tail of FCER1G chain. Tyrosine Y65 and Y76 in the ITAM are phosphorylated and this phosphorylation is mediated by Src kinases Lyn and Fyn (Sato et al. 2006, Yamasaki et al. 2008, Quek et al. 1998).
(summation)[Reaction:5621355] LYN and FYN phosphorylate FCER1G in CLEC6A:FCERG and CLEC4E:FCERG [Homo sapiens]
