Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

commentFUNCTION Receptor for the C-X-C chemokine CXCL17, which plays a key role in lymphocyte homing (PubMed:39293486, PubMed:40279398). Ligand binding causes a conformation change that triggers signaling via guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) and modulates the activity of downstream effectors, such as RhoA pathway (PubMed:39293486). Activation by CXCL17 on lymphocytes activates the RhoA pathway, which regulates cytoskeletal dynamics and integrins, mediating lymphocyte recruitment into the respiratory, upper gastrointestinal, biliary and genito-urinary tracts (PubMed:39293486).INTERACTION Present on activated B- and T-cells.INDUCTION Induced on innate lymphocytes before emigration to the periphery.SIMILARITY Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family.
