CBL-mediated neddylation prolongs the half-life of TGFBR2, thereby enhancing signaling by the TGF-beta receptor complex. CBLB, a CBL-related protein, may cooperate with CBL in TGFBR2 neddylation (Zuo et al. 2013). |
