Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textMultiphospho-CERT (ceramide transfer protein) associates with the complex of VAPA/B (VAMP-associated proteins A or B) and PPM1L (protein phosphatase 1-like) in the endoplasmic reticulum membrane (Kawano et al. 2006; Saito et al. 2008; Kumagai & Hanada 2019), enabling PPM1L to catalyze the dephosphorylation of the multiphospho-CERT complex component (Saito et al. 2008; Kumagai & Hanada 2019). This dephosphorylation restores CERT’s ability to bind and transport ceramide.
(summation)[Reaction:429730] PPM1L dephosphorylates multiphospho-CERT1-2 [Homo sapiens]
