Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textArp2/3 complexes bind to the side of the mother filament and the pointed end of the daughter filament that it nucleates. These interactions result in a y-branch with an angle of approximately 70 degree between the mother and daughter filaments. Nucleotide binding to the Arp2 and Arp3 subunits is essential for Arp2/3 complex activity and is coupled to binding of the nucleation promoting factor (NPF). The binding of WASP protein family NPFs to the ARP2/3 complex induces further conformational reorganization that is is critical for its activation. (Goley et al., 2004).
