Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

textHnf1a (Tcf1) has been shown to activate the Liver-type pyruvate kinase (pklr) gene in rat INS1 cells (Wang et al. 1999). It has been shown to bind the Pklr gene in mouse islets by chromatin immunoprecipitation, and decreased expression is observed in Hnf1a-/- islets (Parrizas et al, 2001). Plkr expression in the developing pancreas in vivo is lost by embryonic day 18.5 in mice lacking a functional Hnf1a gene (Boj et al. 2001).
