Query author contributions in Reactome

Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.

If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

commentFUNCTION Transcription factor. Involved in responses to transient and long-term shade. Required for the light-mediated inhibition of hypocotyl elongation. Necessary for rapid light-induced expression of the photomorphogenesis- and circadian-related gene APRR9. Seems to play a role in multiple PHYB responses, such as flowering transition and petiole elongation.SUBUNIT Homodimer (By similarity). Interacts with APRR1/TOC1 (PubMed:11828023, PubMed:12826627). Associates to PTAC12/HMR/PAP5 which acts as a transcriptional coactivator (PubMed:25944101).INTERACTION Mainly expressed in stems, fruits and flowers and, to a lower extent, in leaves, seedlings and roots (PubMed:23708772). Accumulates in etiolated seedlings (PubMed:12826627).INDUCTION Expressed with a circadian rhythm showing peaks during the light period. Up-regulated by simulated shade in light-grown plants, in a phytochrome-dependent manner; low red/far-red ratio (R/FR) light, but repressed by a high R/FR light. Rapidly down-regulated after seedling deetiolation.
