Query author contributions in Reactome
Reactome depends on collaboration between our curation team and outside experts to assemble and peer-review its pathway modules. The integration of ORCID within Reactome enables us to meet a key challenge with authoring, curating and reviewing biological information by incentivizing and crediting the external experts that contribute their expertise and time to the Reactome curation process. More information is available at ORCID and Reactome.
If you have an ORCID ID that is not listed on this page, please forward this information to us and we will update your Reactome pathway records.

| text | Ronceret et al., 2005 reported two arabidopsis genes encoding the catalytic subunit POLE1 (POLE1A and POLE1B). They also reported a single gene encoding the second largest subunit (POLE2). Both POLE1A and POLE1B were shown to contain the conserved domains of other eukaryotic homologs. POLE1A or POLE2 mutants had DNA replication defects, while POLE1B mutants do not exhibit visible phenotypic effects (Ronceret et al., 2005). POLE1A/B double mutants, however, arrest earlier than single POLE1A mutants, suggesting some functional overlap in vivo (Jenik et al., 2005). No POLE3 and POLE4 homologs have been found in arabidopsis. |
